Pete Covino Senior Wealth Advisor
Pete Covino has a secret he's kept for most of his professional life:
There is no "Holy Grail" in investing and financial planning.
Instead, constantly seeking the best opportunities -- and testing/employing the most innovative, independent strategies in a constantly-changing economy -- has proven time and again to be the best approaches to enhancing family finances.
Pete brings to the table something that most other wealth advisors don't: since 1997, he's had an innate talent for reading the market and successfully implementing mitigation strategies and smart growth positions for his clients -- especially during tough economic times.
Not surprisingly, Pete's successes have created demand, by various individuals, groups, and corporations, as a public speaker.
Early in his career, Pete was heavily recruited by some of the country's best insurance firms. In 1997, he joined Mutual of New York as a registered insurance and securities representative. There, Pete discovered he wanted to work beyond just selling insurance products, to working in trenches of wealth management, helping people with their financial world and everything that encompassed by planning and strategizing investments with wealthy clients. Pete's successes were immediate and profound. He joined MONY's Million Dollar Roundtables, and was the MONY's Associate of the Year in 2000.
In 1999, he affiliated with Beneficial Life - Life of Vermont Equity Services. He quickly was named to its Million Dollar Roundtable. In 2000, he affiliated with (and was licensed under) LPL Financial.
In 2002, he founded the Covino Financial Group. As an independent advisor with largest and best broker dealer in the country, Pete furthered his desires to provide independent, objective advice and perspectives to his clients.
In 2010, Pete formed Legacy Wealth Management Group (what is today Legacy Wealth Management). There, he has furthered his abilities, providing clients with the least-expensive, best-performing investing platforms while providing the best service and great relationships.
Although more accolades and awards have come, of greater importance to Pete was the greater wealth his clients' families enjoyed.
Some people say Pete is always changing things around.
But if it takes staying one step ahead of the market, in order to make your money more secure, with more money in your pocket, he'll do it.
