David’s primary goal at Legacy Wealth Management is to ensure continual firm growth. He focuses on demonstrating to potential investors the value that can be added by investing and makes certain that Legacy Wealth Management is satisfying all of their clients' investing goals.
He monitors and evaluates the performance of new and existing alternative investments, including tracking and maintaining performance and process information and other related data. He often conducts due diligence analysis on alternative investments, including conducting site visits, providing qualitative and quantitative analysis of strategy, performance, portfolio and team. This also includes operational due diligence responsibilities.
He also works closely with Andy and the rest of the Legacy Wealth team in designing hedging and investment strategies to deliver outside-the-box value propositions to clients. Utilizing his knowledge of equity and options trading techniques, David's responsibilities include ensuring the portfolios are positioned exactly as the client dictates.
Prior to establishing Legacy Wealth Management, LLC, David worked for UBS Financial Services and Northwestern Mutual. He also currently works as a Senior Analyst in cooperation with Desert Rose Capital Management, Inc., where he actively researches derivative and bond trading strategies for the portfolio manager. He has also created portfolio composites and implemented GIPS performance measures for those composites.
David graduated from Brigham Young University-Idaho, where he earned his degree in Financial Economics. He is currently working on future educational endeavors in the financial industry.
A French native, David enjoys traveling abroad, soccer, cars and motorcycles, and spending time with his family and friends. David and his wife, Vicky, live in Meridian and have two daughters, Josette and Teresa.

Before joining the Financial Services industry, Andy retired from Hewlett-Packard after 32 years, where he functioned as a Quality Engineer, Computer Information System Engineer and Program/Release Manager.
Today, his engineering background in analysis and information systems has been a welcome addition to our investment and operations teams, and as a registered wealth advisor.
Andy and his wife, Julie, have been married since 1978. They have 3 children and 4 grandsons. He enjoys backpacking, wood working and metal working on his CNC lathe and mill.

Dave graduated from Arizona State University in 2015 with bachelors in Finance and Accounting. He has worked in various capacities within the financial services and investment industries over 10 years, but his passion is helping others with investments. He also has applied his military training in construction to managing and maintaining a portfolio of real estate investments.
During his leisure time Dave enjoys bowling competitive leagues. He is also a dedicated cyclist, investing many hours into training and racing during the state of Arizona road race season from January through June.
Tami Wheeler Office Manager
Tami is responsible for managing different types of account activity including account establishment and maintenance, account features, deposits and withdrawals, broker-to-broker transfers and assists in the production and tracking of many types of client paperwork. Tami’s communication skills and strong attention to detail enables her to effectively serve both the clients and staff at Legacy Wealth Management.
Her family, which is her primary source of enjoyment and camaraderie, includes her husband since 1996, Nathan and her three children, Sam, Shawn and Bethany. Tami is a graduate of Boise Bible College.
Julie Rad Client Coordinator
Before joining the team, Julie worked as a dental receptionist for 8 ½ years. She enjoys meeting new people and building relationships. She is a native Idahoan and has lived in Boise for 36 years. She has been married to Andy since 1978, who also is a member of the Legacy Wealth Management team as a Wealth Advisor. They have 3 children and 4 grandchildren.
Julie’s organizational skills and thoroughness make her a terrific asset to the team. She enjoys spending time with her family, children and grandchildren, working in her yard, flowers, bird watching, family snowshoeing trips, traveling and working in different ministries within her church.
